Through my involvement in Phi Mu Sorority, I had the opportunity to take on multiple leadership roles, most notably serving on the Executive Board as Director of New Member Education.

 

In this position, I was responsible for leading, mentoring, and guiding new members through their transition into the organization. I developed and implemented educational programming and ensured that each new member felt supported and connected.

This experience required strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills, as I worked closely with both executive leadership and new members to create a positive, structured environment. Through Phi Mu, I strengthened my ability to lead, communicate effectively, and manage responsibilities on a collaborative team.

 

This role contributed to my long-term success by enhancing my leadership and relationship-building skills, which directly translate to my future career in healthcare provider recruitment, where guiding individuals, fostering connections, and supporting professional growth are essential.
